(Probably worse than usual since the weather was so perfect.) bring earplugs! Mattress was very hard if you care about such things. Nice to have a mini espresso machine, fridge, and grocery store across the street. A full-length mirror would be a nice addition! Try the Street Food Club in the old theater behind the building!! "
