"We slept next to an entrance with a broken door handle that caused a very loud banging noise all night long. We just never got any sleep. Cleanliness was questionable at best, no regular coffee in our room. Ice cold water only and no hot water. "

"This location is prime. Walkable to catch a cave or guardians game. Restaurants are plentiful around. Only issue I had room 217 was terrible. Heard like every shower or toilet flush from adjacent rooms from above or below. Guess that’s where the piping runs so tough to sleep hearing that go off every so often. Was able to tolerate since it was just a quick stay. But staff was friendly and attentive."

"Everything was in excellent condition at this hotel. Parking garage access is simple, and the location is within walking distance of the convention center and arena. The staff were very friendly, greeting and checking on guests at breakfast and cleaning tables quickly. Little touches like the free soda fountain add to the experience."

"There was no parking when we got there at 5 pm. just 2 workers, one kept wondering off. Line of people out the door and rooms were not ready. Very unprofessional and very disorganized. Very upset to have paid over 200$ for that experience"

"Hotel was good. We stayed on the 20th floor which the view was amazing. Bed very comfortable. The only downside was check-in took long. Was supposed to be at 4.00pm But are room wasn’t available till 5:30pm."
