"Breakfast was good and worth paying for
However the dinner was overly priced not appetizing. The property was nice. Only issue was the toilet got backed up 1x. Also was a bit irritating the phone in room did not work to call room service. It was late at night arpund 10pmish when i arrived and nothing to eat. Was told to call room services and no one answered.. had to go to front desk to order and they seemed unhelpful just said keerp trying to calll"

"Staff were amazing here! We were totally stressed out after driving from the airport in rush hour traffic. I was almost in tears and the valet parking gentleman was super kind. Then the front desk was fantastic offering us an upgrade to a higher floor. We had dinner in the restaurant and the service and quality of food were incredible! We were only there for a 17 hour layover but would definitely stay here again."

"It pains me to give this rating because the property is actually nice - amazing view, specially from the restaurant outside and pool, as well as great location; also very good breakfast and comfortable room. HOWEVER, the staff of this property completely ruined it! Firstly, we had an issue at check in caused by staff member Mariangel who gave us wrong information (then another staff member telling us completely opposite and not even apologizing); but then TWICE we requested early takeaway...

"You basically get what you pay for with this property.
The property is located about 10 to 15 minutes from the nearest town. It has not aged well as poor maintenance has resulted in a dated appearance. It must have been pretty spectacular when it was newly constructed (some 25 years ago).
The staff on site were nice enough, however, phone contact was impossible. The desks were unmanned after 9pm so good luck if you need something.
Now the room was spacious with cold AC and hot showers with...

"We booked an ocean view, got a view of a dirty garage ridden broken down clay tile rooftop. Patio had no chairs to sit. Went down to the pool for a swim, sadly was cloudy and smelly was concerned I would get sick so couldn’t swim. Would have booked elsewhere if I knew we couldnt get a clear view of the ocean or swim in the pool. Disappointed as the facility and location were beautiful. Messaged the facility many times before stay, but never got a reply, only a scripted form message on arrival."
