The hotel was under construction so they gave us an “upgrade” to a two bedroom house, but it was far from the lazy river which is what made me book this place and then we were pressured to sit thru a time share meeting and told to access some of the amenities we had to purchase a power pass which means not only did I pay for a resort fee but would have to pay for a pass for my daughter to enjoy herself as...

"The first room upon arriving at our reservation had a dirty mattress. Upon switching rooms, our second room needed to be swept and we had to request new Linens. However, the staff was incredibly helpful and courteous. House keeping was very detailed. The provided breakfast was tasty, consistent, and extremely convenient. The property itself was nicely located and well maintained."

"The staff was super friendly. The breakfast was really good and very organized. The only thing I disliked was the schedule for shuttles to the Disney parks were unclear until we got to the hotel to check in other than that it was great."
