"The resort was absolutely phenomenal. It gave us a true island feel with four different villages with different themes including French, Italian, Caribbean, and key West. "The staff was incredible from check in to check out. Anytime I had a question or needed anything they were on it. The staff that handled our room from beginning to end made sure the room was clean every day sometimes making a second trip. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. "Great for the price "

"Close proximity to everything! Bars, restaurants, beach, excursions, grocery store, etc. It’s located behind a restaurant which serves good reasonably priced food. Through out the week the restaurant has two karaoke nights which can get quite loud but other than that perfect location for a long or short stay. We Stayed 7 nights and had no problems getting around without a vehicle. Would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"Breakfast options are great but the service is kind of scattered. Beach should be cleaned every night; at times we saw spoons, ice cream cups and cigarette butts near the cabanas which was not what we expected. Some of the employees go out of their way while others act like they are doing you a favor. Our room was lovely but it was in a building that had been recently updated. Very nice but overall not 5 star."
