"Staff are so genuine, helpful, and friendly. We brought a lady with significant disabilities, and staff immediately suggested we try their Mobi Beach Wheelchair (belongs to City of Parksville, but stored at hotel). Amazing experience! Will definitely be back!"

"Wonderful room overlooking the harbour, (room 311) Spacious, well equipped and impressive on entry. We had breakfast twice and one evening meal. Enjoyed all of them. We had a king size bed which was very comfortable."

"Family of 4 had an amazing trip kitchen was all you need and the pool was a massive hit for the kids. Walk to the beach was super easy and at low tide endless fun at the beachnin the tide pools. We will be back"

"I loved this place, it was amazing, honestly! There was some damages to the walls when i got there and some patch work that needed painting. But i was so looking forward to a warm bath. And then i find the drains been broken. Other than that it was bad. Maybe a rug under the bed."
