"The room was clean and comfortable. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and showed all the amenities that were available…..complimentary coffee, TV/lounge area. Room had bar fridge, microwave, and Kuerege coffee machine. Quite at night."

"What a find! Resort is exactly what it is. Fantastic location on the beach right in Parksville. We were in town for a wedding and unexpectedly needed to bring our pup. The staff and property was very accommodating. It was a wonderful experience with full service restaurant with beautiful patio, coffee bar both on site. Outdoor pool was lovely in the sunshine. All amenities very pleasant. Rooms were clean, well equipped and modern. Highly recommend and I hope we get a chance to stay there again....

"Restaurant was great. Lovely beachside views. Great pool and beautiful hot tub. Room was clean and nice and front desk was helpful. Bed was springy and squeaky but bearable. Other than that wonderful stay"

"The property is well located behind a shopping mall and behind a museum in a quiet street. My husband uses a walker, and check-in and parking is convenient. Restaurant is good and staff is friendly. Unfortunately our advance request was not attended to and a dripping noise which appeared to come from water dripping on an eave, disturbed our sleep on the 2nd night. We had to call maintenance in the middle of the night but the problem could not be resolved. I am sure it would be remedied by...

"We were welcomed as we arrived. The room was lovely but the best part of our stay was the delicious complimentary breakfast served each morning. What a thoughtful thing to do. The convenience of it was especially appreciated by seniors with mobility issues. "

"Fun property for families. Rooms need some updating (beds hard as the floor) and bathroom a little old and not terribly clean. Great spot to explore this part of the island. "
