"The room was pretty large with a comfortable bed. You can walk from the airport through a hangar, never reaching the ground. We were leaving from Terminal 2, and we did not realize the internal airport train does not run until 5:30. There is a bus that comes to the hotel that will take you there starting at 4:20. The hotel should really set up some signs or give better instructions on where the bus will be, because the instructions given would have meat we missed our bus. "

"Zusammen im Familienzimmer eine Woche dort gewesen. Das Zimmer ist mit 4 Betten beengt. Die Zimmerreinigung findet ausschließlich auf Anfrage ab. Flexibel ist das Personal auch nicht. Generell sind nur wenige Mitarbeitende bemüht und freundlich. Die meisten sind unfreundlich und Grüßen scheint ein Fremdwort zu sein. Es war in Ordnung um relativ günstig in London zu übernachten, aber mehr auchh nicht. Einzig das Personal in dem Frühstücksrestaurant ist erwähnenswert freundlich. "

"Everything was fine but SMALL. Me and my 2 suitcases took up almost all floor space. Strict orders not to shower with bathroom door open or it triggers fire alarm!! Still Figuring that one out. But location for my morning flight was key. I’d probably stay there again"

"Efficient check-in, helpful staff, rooms clean and new. We got the bus in the morning to LHR terminal 3 and it's right outside the hotel, very easy and quick transfer. Parking at the hotel is really easy. It's a really easy and good value way to get close to the airport and leave the car whilst on holiday when you've an early flight."

"Wir hatten ein 2-Zimmer Appartement. Es war sehr geräumig und sauber. Der Zustand ist nicht mehr so neu wie auf den Fotos, aber immer noch völlig in Ordnung. Direkt nebenan befindet sich ein Supermarkt, man kann sich prima selbst versorgen. Eine Bushaltestelle ist ebenfalls direkt um die Ecke. Mit Bus und Underground ist man innerhalb von 45 Minuten am Picadilly Circus. Wir würden uns jederzeit wieder für diese Unterkunft entscheiden. "We stayed in london again for 11 days all the way from America. The only token of appreciation we got was 1 free breakfast after they text me asking about my experience half way through the trip. Then to make matters worst our family avoided room charges to avoid hidden fees so we paid up front for all charges.
