"We stayed in one of the small cabin rooms for one night. It is certainly cozy, but had everything needed, was nicely appointed and very comfortable. On an unusually warm day, the AC was quiet and cold as well. Breakfast was wonderful, and staff prompt and courteous. Very nicely maintained property, would recommend and stay again if back in Richmond."

"The rooms were clean, comfortable, and of a good standard—although slightly dated in places. However, the overall amenities were disappointing. The quality of the food was average, and the menu was heavily focused on Asian-style cuisine, which may not suit all tastes. Additionally, the aroma of Asian food was quite noticeable throughout the lower floors of the hotel. The hotel downstairs in the restaurant needs some attention and was of poor standards."
