"Nice pool"

"When you arrive the place looks very clean and welcoming.The staff just top it off with amazing customer service. Easy check-in an checkout. Got to our room an it was everything me and my 2 kids needed an very clean. Beds were so comfortable. Warm inside pool an a relaxing spa space. Recommend this place , especially for the price and will deffently stay there again when we go back to Rotorua."

"The hotel was good. Loved that it was super close to a little dining avenue so plenty of choices for restaurants and drinks within a 2 min walk. I did find the scent used in the lobby to be overpowering and would actually prevent me from staying there again as I am mildly scent sensitive and this was definitely more than mild. The hotel is also very close to the hot springs as well so the smell of sulfur in the area is a lot…. You can even smell it in the rooms, though minimally."

"i have stayed in so many hotels but unfortunately my experience with jet park was not plesant. first stay in jetpark and pretty average. staff at time of checkin wasnt very helpful. rest of staff were nicer. was booked for 3 nights and it was non refundable so had to stay for duration otherwise would have cancelled and booked elsewhere. website had few things which i find misleading and i did mention to staff . leaky sink in bathroom. housekeeping not very good. parking available if onsite...

"Room was ok, a bit outdated and worn down, however room was clean and beds were comfortable. There were dirty dishes and left over food and rubbish left outside rooms on the ground level when we arrived and were still there when we left the next day. The ground level access into the hotel was pretty untidy so not a very good first impression. Overall we had higher expectations for the price we paid."

"Great place to stay very tidy property would definately stay again only issue we came across was Orange juice for what ever reason they had no orange juice available we had to go up to the dairy to get orange juice"

"Loved this place. We stayed 2 nights and on our way back from our holiday 9 days later stayed another 2 nights. Had a large private spa pool, comfortable King bed, great parking, very quiet, yet close to tourist attractions, like the Gondola, Maitai, 3D Art and eating places. Has a gym and sauna and swimming pool (warm enough for swimming). Loved the sauna and spa the best. All the staff are super friendly and welcoming, and helpful. Every time from hereon, this will be our first choice in...

"Overall a charming property with a very spacious room at a good rate. A/C and heating both worked very well. Great location right within walking distance to main dining and shopping area. Couple things to note is there is no elevator at the property but staff was able to assist with bringing luggage up. It is also private entrance to the rooms, like motel style"
