"First of all, don’t be put off by the exterior and the area as it does look rough and dirty. However, the hotel itself is fine, even if a little dated. Just make sure you ask for a room at the rear. Sadly we didn’t and ended up with a room right above the front door and it was so noisy. For one night, it was fine but I would not have been able to put up with it for any longer. Breakfast was fine, but a little limited."

"Bel hotel avec un personnel disponible et souriant. Nous avions une chambre qui donnait sur une cour intérieure donc beaucoup beaucoup de bruit le matin des 6h/6h30 avec les livraisons. Le petit dej continental n’est pas top, peu de choix et les propositions ont été identiques les 7 jours de notre séjour"

"Solide Unterkunft unmittelbar am Schiffsanleger. Wenn Schiffe an- oder ablegen, kann es auch schon mal etwas turbulenter werden. Das Frühstück war umfangreich, aber etwas lieblos. Das Personal war leider unpersönlich und wenig ambitioniert. In Laufnähe gibt es sonst alles, was man braucht."

"All staff are friendly. Great location and walkable to the attractions in the city. Easy parking that we could just walk in Palermo and drive to other cities for a day trip. We could have the great start of the day by enjoying breakfast at the nice dining area and greeted by friendly staff. Bottles of water were filled every day, it was great with such a hot weather."

"Embora a aparência externa não seja das melhores, o hotel foi todo reformado por dentro, e as instalações são bem agradáveis. A equipe é muito cordial e prestativa. O café da manhã superou nossas expectativas, com várias opções de frutas, pães, frios e doces. O hotel fica no centro (bem localizado) e tem convênio com estacionamento (15 Euros/dia), mas preferimos estacionar na rua (zona azul), a um custo de 2,90 Euros/periodo, mas não foi muito fácil, havia poucas vagas disponíveis."
