"More comfortable beds. Place was great clean, nice neighborhood quiet. Wonderful area love all the convenience of the place in PA . But definitely needs comfortable mattresses. Loved the host. "

"Great place for the 40+ crowd. The grounds were beautiful, the staff helpful, and the food at the ala cart restaurants was amazing. The included transportation to the resort was terrible in that they put us with a bus load of a private group that took an hour to process. The now obligatory timeshare upsell was a big turnoff."

"Spacious, convenient, and gorgeous! We so enjoyed our stay at Kaab at the Park. We loved all the space, the balcony, and especially the rooftop balcony! Just gorgeous and so relaxing. The internet worked great, as did the air conditioning. Thanks for a wonderful stay! We hope we can come back soon! "

"When I saw the pictures of this property, I wasn’t expecting top-tier, all-inclusive quality, but I was expecting at least a basic level of cleanliness and good communication with the staff. Unfortunately, that was not the case.
When I arrived, the entire border of the studio was dirty, covered with black grime. The towels were old, discolored, and stiff. There were ants coming out of the air conditioning, and there wasn’t even hand soap in the bathroom.
