"支払った料金に見合う部屋が用意されていなかった。ホテル側はExpediaより連絡・要請があった「Quadrople room」との連絡を当方に送っていたが、2泊で22万円を越える室料とは全く異なった部屋（写真撮影による証拠あり）であった。ホテル側の料金表（コピーあり）ではこの「Quadrople room」は一泊約3万円であり2泊分の料金以外はExpediaのコミッションであろうとの説明を受けている。チェックイン直後にExpediaの苦情対応に電話をして善処をお願いしたが、きわめて非礼な態度で、その後の連絡に対しても不誠実、不満足な対応が続いている。ホテル側のマネージャーからはこの件についてExpediaの不正行為について証言をしてもよいとの確認、サインを受け取っている。"
