"A beautiful looking place I didn’tn like climbing and running down hills with the hotel cart can be a pain and long distance to rooms. when it rains certain parts of the building leaks other than that the rates are reasonable and worth it."

I was told that if I needed fresh towels, I had to carry the used ones to the front desk myself. Housekeeping was only offered once during a 7-day stay, and that too only after I asked. The biggest problem I had were that almost half the outlets in the room were either not working at all, or so loosely held the plugs that the plug would just fall out. I use oxygen and brought my machine for overnight use and the charger for my portable unit, and I had to make sure the oxygen machine was plugged into a secure outlet. "Bathroom floor needed cleaning. And bed was horribly uncomfortable.. was given a handicap room.. and bed seemed to be to accommodate that. Lower on one side and horribly uncomfortable.. staff did offer to change room but wasn’t able as affair we were there for would have been missed.. Why put someone in a room like that if you had other rooms to begin with.. have stayed here before but will not again.. For the price room should be clean too"

"The night manager was wonderful and very responsive. She personally came to remedy the problem. Here is what happened...We checked in late to our room and unfortunately, housekeeping didn't clean our room. When my son was getting ready to go to sleep, he noticed the sheets were soiled. We also noticed that used towels were still hanging from the hooks."

"This is a great spot for a quick stay. Was here to look at colleges. I would suggest getting larger bed sheets to cover the mattress. The pool and the gym area was very clean. The breakfast was ok but they can offer non pork options."

"A very busy night - staff was non stop busy for sure. Tipped everyone I could. The hotel worked well for us for quick one night stay on a roadtrip with kids. Kids enjoyed the pool in the early morning - the night before was too busy. Morning breakfast had run out of most tasty items by 8am - so get there early. Only bad thing to report - my car was dinged in the parking lot by someone who didn't know how to park...I would skip this hotel on our next trip just for this reason."

"I was worried about negative reviews but hoped these were from people that are hard to satisfy. I was very wrong. The filthiest and dirtiest property we have ever stayed at. Cannot believe it was the Hyatt brand. Stained carpets everywhere - room and common areas, stains on sheets and bedding. Basically a dirty room that was lightly surface-cleaned. Simply disgusting. Paper-thin wall. Overall, a terrible property in dire need of many improvements. This was our first trip, with many...
