"Was glad to make it to the hotel close to midnight on check in day as the city was affected by adverse weather with many flights cancelled. Had a pleasant surprise from the hotel with a room upgrade during check in. With the hotel conveniently located next to Langham Place mall and Mong Kok mtr station, we sheltered from the wet and windy conditions outside and no lacking of food choices with the many restaurants available. The room was well kept and clean though a bit dated with the decor...

Le seul problème résidait dans la presence de punaise de lit difficile à déceler en arrivant qui ont gâche le séjour en occasionnant de nombreuses piqures sur les jambes. Ce genre de problème n’est malheureusement pas propre à un hôtel 4 étoiles et devient de plus en plus fréquent malgré un nettoyage minutieux "
