"The room is clean, but the first room I moved into had ants in the bathroom. So they moved me to another room. The room they assigned me originally was on the first floor, but it that isn’t the main floor and it is two flights of stairs. There is no elevator. The next room was the first I moved into to with the ants and it was down stairs, less steps but still no convenient especially with 2 heavy bags. The third room was still in the basement area rooms (street level supposedly) but no exits...

"There are no staff at all in this property so if there is an issue you need to message them only. Check in is not smooth if you dont have data or a phone with no battery, as their model is all dependant on digital technology…if your phone has no battery your not getting in your room!!!!!!! "Used this hotel before in Hammersmith. Great location, easy access and decent sized rooms. The facilities were of a good standard and a decent choice for breakfast too. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Overall , I would recommend the hotel. I do think they need to look at the pricing. Whilst I fully understand that London prices on a Friday will be higher than average, what I do not understand is that after booking well in advance, the exact room , on Expedia whom I booked with, was £42 cheaper...
