"Kind, clean, flexible service!"

"The Henri's location is great if you are looking to be centrally located in the City. Great access to all neighborhoods. When we entered our room there was trash under the bed. We had a double bed and 4 guest and only one set of towels. We had to ask twice to replenish the towels. Staff wasn't available to bring it to our room. The bathrooms were my favorite part of the room. Very spacious. Overall good hotel for the price. "

"Top notch staff here through and through! We arrived early and just wanted to store our luggage. The front desk agent was super helpful and was able to get us in to our room early instead! That was a big relief for us. The room was nice and comfortable and we had a great view. Our dinner at Butcher and Banker was also phenomenal and the staff there were great. Will definitely stay again! "

"The hotel is in a great location right in the center of Times Square. My room was well appointed with floor to ceiling windows. The only thing lacking was a good restaurant. I would suggest venturing out to avoid the overpriced sub par food at the restaurant in the hotel. "

"We enjoyed our stay at The Westin it was walking distance to Grand Central Station making it easy to navigate just about anywhere we wanted to go. The staff was excellent and rooms was spacious and clean. I would stay here again on my next trip to New York."

"The room was clean, but there was no mini bar. There was no robes those were supposed to be in the room so that’s false advertisement for the free breakfast. You can only pick either a sandwich or a fruit you cannot have both no one came change the sheets there was only One towel and one cloth thank God I brought my own The room was very small. "The property does not employ a bell man. The property does not have carts to carry luggage. I had to get all my stuff out( family of five ) have them sit at the curb while I drove my car to get parked itself. I was told I cannot use my car during the entire stay- they would not accommodate any requests to use my car during the stay. "I arrived on an early flight so there were no rooms available when I got there. The 2 front desk staff didn’t even take their eyes off their computer screens and look at me. I was told I could try and come back at 2 and see if there was a room, or even 1pm if I wanted to pay for it. They were extremely rude and not welcoming at all. "Not even a coffee machine in the room. First time I stay in a room with no coffee machine. There was a refrigerator. Ice machine was not working in my floor. I asked for ice and took hours for someone to come and tell me to grt ice from ice machine. Then again I told ice machine broke, then i said I don’t need ice anymore "
