"We stayed at the Dakota Hotel for our anniversary and while the hotel itself is undeniably stylish, there were a few disappointing aspects that didn’t match the standard being presented. The interiors are beautiful and the overall atmosphere is lovely, especially for a special occasion. The room was clean and comfortable, and staff were polite and welcoming. However, the parking was a let-down. The car park felt quite scruffy and poorly maintained, and having to pay extra for it didn’t feel...

"Clean room and just what was needed for night due to concert at co op live but as we was ringing as we couldn’t sort parking they was just cutting the call off and after about 20 minutes we got an answer "

"The staff were all lovely, really friendly and helpful. We attended the beer school on offer in the bar and also had the shower beers. There were freebies in the room and everything else was priced so you could decide. There was free pic and mix on each level also. The room itself was lovely and very clean, heating/ air con easy to use and overall had a lovely time. "

"I had an ok experience which immaure was just a blip innthe system , but the room i intially booked was not the one i was given , i gotnplaced in an accessible room for the disabled which i did not need and didnt have some of the extras i had booked for , a simple converstaion got me moved however as i was almost straight out to the event i was attending it wasnt until late that evening i realised that the toilet was blocked in the new room I'd been placed in rendering it unsuitable for use...

"This hotel is in an ideal location for Arenas and central Manchester shopping. We had a comfortable stay, bed very comfortable, we was in one of their modernised rooms which was nice, some decor in rooms is dated as we walked past, However this would really affect your stay. The staff are super friendly and helpful, rooms are clean super clean bed linen and towels. Plenary choice for breakfast. Pleasant stay and would stay again."

"Rooms were clean and loved having two bathrooms for my family. Great walkability/location. Expedia address is not correct and takes you several blocks away. Also, please consider two keys. All guests must come and go at the same time. You cannot buzz people in or get in without the key & fab."
