"Great hotel, staff and breakfast"

"Nice comfortable double. The room was a good temperature throughout the stay. If known was going to be placed in a room facing the road would have brought earplugs as I am not used to traffic. Reception was very helpful and quick check in made sure that my car was in sight of the security cameras. Happy to use this hotel again."

"I liked the decor but the room was in the basement and felt like a dungeon and right next to an entrance door for staff and below the lobby entrance stairs so was so noisy as well as the window right at ground level in a busy alleyway so lots of noise and no privacy."

"In a great central location by the trams and shops. Our room was lovely, and very comfy, but I found it strange that there was no mini fridge!! Also in the bathroom, there were no glasses and the sink didn't allow you to fill it up with water - just running water?? Not exactly deal breakers, but strange."

"Very eclectic look - old style - some might not like the dark tones of the painting on the walls or in the room, but very cozy. Loved the dressing gown and chilled water in the mini-bar that had no booze. Great selection of teas and coffee; there was a kettle and a Nespresso.. the cookies and chocolates were nice."

"I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times before but this may be my last. We had a room on the second floor, the room and corridor had a v musty smell. The blinds in the room didn’t open properly and the decor in the room looked as though it needed refurbishment. The breakfast choice was ok but the food was lukewarm. An average stay."
