"Room was overpriced for a concert, £400 per night when £220 normally. I’d expect an uplift but not this much. Room was worn, fan and windows dusty and unclean. Other room had no hot water in shower so unable to use. Noisy and limited sleep although bed comfortable No bar as closed. WiFi non existent and no 5G signal so if you want a quiet night and no shower then ideal place. Breakfast mediocre"

"I loved it. It was so close to the train station, which made it easy to find and walk to on my departure day. I also love that it was close to everything, great restaurants, great coffee, shops, the mall, you couldn’t go wrong. I went to a concert and it was within walking distance of the hotel.
