"Accessible room was spacious and seated shower was great. Room wasn't ready when we arrived at 5pm but we were given complimentary drinks and snacks. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, particularly at breakfast. Parking was convenient and we weren't charged. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go again "

"Mould everywhere, nowhere to hang clothes, only one working plug in the room. Sink blocked. Shower had mould too. Grim little hovel. "

"The staff were all lovely, really friendly and helpful. We attended the beer school on offer in the bar and also had the shower beers. There were freebies in the room and everything else was priced so you could decide. There was free pic and mix on each level also. The room itself was lovely and very clean, heating/ air con easy to use and overall had a lovely time. "

Ein besonderes Lob gilt der Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Angestellten - vielen lieben Dank! Das Standardzimmer ist, wie oft in England üblich, recht klein und wenn ich etwas bemängeln müsste, dann wäre es, dass man zumindest 1-2 Wandregale anbringen könnte, um seine Sachen zu verstauen. "We loved the unique theme of this hotel and that it was carried out throughout the decoration and amenities. Very central location which was great."

"Excellent hotel. Central to city centre anf transport links. Was a clean, tidy place and generally happy with our stay. Only downside for me was lack of soundproofing between walls to rooms on the same floor and on the ceilings to the rooms above. Room beside mine had an inconsiderate guest (will refrain from stronger language). Got up at 6am to shower and played music nice and loud to waken me and my children. Then proceeds to make a phone call to friends asking them for aftershave. They land...
