"We were charged an additional “Resort Fee” upon check in of $76 per room. We questioned it because it was for use of the pool, towels, and beach chairs. However the pool was closed! There were no chairs, not even on the deck outside our room.
We asked to speak to the manager about waiving the fee, she was never there nor has she returned the three phone messages I have left with the staff. Very disappointed. I have stayed here before but will not again."
