Only thing I’d change is I miss how the wait staff ito come down to the pool and service they don’t do that anymore and there’s not enough chairs and tables at the pool anymore but hopefully they’ll fix that. It looks like they’re working on things. Still very charming the Dive Shop is first class. Just needs a little bit of attention to the details. Hopefully when they’re done with the construction, it’ll all come together again."

"We had a great time at Riu Palace! The staff are so welcoming. They work so hard to make your stay great! The grounds are well kept. The room was clean and beds comfortable. The food is amazing! The buffet has a great variety each day and the food gets replenished often. My kids loved the chocolate fountain. Each day there’s a different type of chocolate in the fountain.
