"First of all there is no room service, during are stay no one cleaned are room. Second of all the room is full of bugs and lizards and when we told the manger on site he was like this is normal we can’t do anything about it. One of the worst places you could stay at it. There are cheap places near by with better service and hospitality."

"Unfortunately, I can't recommend this hotel. The buildings are very old and the rooms don't even have a mini fridge — in a hot destination like Cancun, having no way to keep water cold in your room is a real problem. The location is also a major downside. It's far from everything you'd actually want to do in Cancun, and any taxi ride costs at least $50, which adds up quickly. The food was basic and not tasty. I was looking forward to fresh tropical fruit, but what was offered didn't look fresh...

"Definitely not the experience we were expecting. Cabo was so much better. Half the restaurants the food was awful. Staff were hit or miss. Rooms were not always cleaned. Towels were not always available at pool. I can go on…. Definitely disappointed for how much was spent."

"WOW! Did not expect such a beautiful stay as the one we had. My group had 2 rooms and they were both suites- ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. It was like a small apartment fully equipped with a washer and dryer! My parents absolutely loved this place. The entire staff was so pleasant especially the person who checked us in unfortunately I did for get his name. Very pleasant stay, we are so happy."

"This all-inclusive hotel fell well short of expectations. The room, including the bed, was noticeably dusty, which triggered ongoing sinus inflammation throughout my stay and made it hard to relax. Basic amenities were lacking too—the towels provided had visible holes, the sink in the room was leaking as well and no drinking water was left in our room, which felt unacceptable for an all-inclusive package.
