"We traveled to this resort with a group and booked two rooms. For half of our stay, we were upgraded to Preferred Club, which was a nice bonus. Overall, this is one of the nicest resorts we've stayed at in Cancun. The property is beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. The staff was consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful. Our rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had gorgeous views. Our only real disappointment was the food. It was very hit or miss, and the buffet was probably our least favorite of any all-inclusive we've visited. The desserts, in particular, were unusual and generally not very appealing at any of the restaurants. We had kids ranging from 5 to 13 years old with us, and they all had an amazing time. There were plenty of activities to keep them entertained throughout the trip. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. If the food were improved, this resort would be hard to beat. We'd definitely consider coming back."

"This is the best hotel ever. The photos don’t show how wonderful and helpful the staff is. Sleek modern amenities with cool extras like a Toto bidet and automatic curtains and Bluetooth speakers in the room. The sunken true hot tub and balcony hammock make it one of the best balconies anywhere and every room is ocean front."

"Resort is beautiful but just know this is where the new Cancun is developing and not like old Cancun. There’s no nearby shops or restaurants. Have to take taxi or uber out to experience it. Resort is kept nice but limited options to only 5 dinner places, 1 buffet breakfast, and 2 place for lunch. There isn’t a stand alone snack or ice cream stand. No game room/arcade. The pool chairs are reserved early by guests throwing a towel on it so be ready to get up before 730 to go down get a chair. Staff was friendly and helpful but some will haggle you for a tip even though all inclusive means included but I still tipped a few dollars for each service. Almost expecting it which makes it annoying with the double tipping. Spa was wonderfully but little overpriced but that’s the tourist tax! Was charged an additional $68 tip at a restaurant that I didn’t approve and had to dispute! I only left cash for additional. Beach wasn’t so nice due to all the seaweed and extras so it wasn’t clear like you expecting. Out of the 5 pool (1 was adult only, 1 kiddo, 1 vip) so for families. You only have the two main pools to use."
