"Habia reservado una habitación con cocina pero cuando llegue, era solo un dormitorio. No dije nada porque pense que al dia siguiente nos iban a dar desayuno. Pero estaba en reformas la cocina como decia tooodos los comentarios que lei. De todos modos mi reserva no incluia desayuno pero si una cocina. Al dia siguiente reclame y tenia que esperar a que se desocupara una habitación con cocina. Fui a mi excursión y cuando volvi me habian cambiado de habitacion pero habia que solicitar previamente...

"The location is ideal, especially if you are going to Isla Mujeres. The property and room were exceptionally clean. The housekeepers do a great job. The bathroom amenities are very basic and few. The front desk staff would benefit from more customer service training. There's a barrier post at the cafeteria entrance, which makes it appear closed all the time. The menu was limited to eggs only. I was able to access transportation easily from the hotel, and I found the area relatively safe."

"I am very discouraged use this service, I had tried many times and you or the airlines give you a price but finally , the end is you end that buying higher price trip for what you was told as a hook that has no ending prices . Finally I did it but am not happy about this manipulation of the online system . But I I do not know the details in the rear end of the online systems, I see only the front of my intelligent devise "

"We upgraded to a large ocean view room and honestly… highly recommend! 🌊✨ The view alone made it worth it. That said, All Ritmo Resort could definitely use some updates. "Super clean, quiet spot. Walkable to everything. Fernando, the owner, is amazing! He was quick with communication and we felt safe and welcomed. Very comfortable beds. The kitchenette was stoked with everything needed to cook our own meals. We enjoyed being here so much, we booked two more nights. Highly recommend this spot. "Hotel El Rey del Caribe is my new favorite hotel! I stayed one night and felt very sad to leave. It's the perfect oasis in the hustle and bustle of Cancun. Our room was clean with comfortable beds and linens, and very well equipped for a short or long stay, the pool was delightful as was the outdoor shower, the gardens were lush and beautiful, the complimentary breakfast was decent and appreciated, and the service was good! I truly wouldn't change a thing, and I hope this thoughtfully designed...
