Perfect for trips into SS using the local bus (number 16 -2 Euros fare) and a taxi or bus back as parking is very difficult in SS. "It really has everything you need. The amenities are second to none, free laundry and a fully stocked gym were great to have. Parking outside the hotel was fine, 4EUR for 24 hours and able to get a space relatively easily during the day, only struggled one time in the evening (after 6pm). It is a 30-35 minute walk to the centre, this was fine for me but one thing to bear in mind. The walk felt very safe but part of it is through a park unless you take a slightly longer route (which adds 5 mins to the walk)"

"Lovely hotel that’s centrally located for exploring San Sebastián by foot - the beach is less than 5 minutes, the regional train station is less than 10 minutes, and Old Town is less than 20 minutes. The staff was also very helpful - they let me check in early, upgraded my room, and borrow beach towels. I’d happily stay there again!"

"The hotel is beautiful. The views from the terraces, lounges, rooms etc all great. Staff was mostly helpful except when we needed 2 coffee packets for the room. They said we were allowed only one. Weird. Otherwise quite nice. I will come back. Disappointed that there was no spa services. But found an amazing sea water circuit & spa on the beach at la Perla. BONUS 1914 era kids amusement park was adorable. Riding the water boat around the mountain was fun. Skee ball etc. on the hotel side you wouldn’t know the park was just below and behind the hotel. Funicular up & down the mountain also very nice."

"A really nice three star hotel, where we were able to relax and swim. For the most part, this hotel, checked every box. But the only nitpicky thing I could come up with were the beds were slightly hard. Other than that, a pretty perfect stay. One really nice thing about this hotel was a fantastic view of the fireworks. Each night we sat out by the pool and watched the display over the bay. breakfast was good and I think a fair value."
