"The resort was very clean and inviting. The pool was great! The poolside cabanas were an additional fee, but it was worth the extra cost. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There were no hidden fees. There was not much beach to spend time on but you could still go in the water. "

He checked in with us every day, made sure our plans were in order, and kept us updated on all the activities happening around the resort. "Loved absolutely everything! From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by the bell staff and check-in staff. We were given a rundown of the property - pools, restaurants, bars, etc. we were taken to our room where the bell staff showed us how everything worked. Our swim out was fantastic and we were very well taken care of. Olios was our favourite restaurant, but all were great. Hopefully we can return soon for another wonderful week."

"The whole place is clean and beautiful, most of the staff is helpful and very friendly. The people trying to constantly sell you the package upgrade are VERY friendly. The food is Mid at best, if you want a good pastry forget about it. The pool is beautiful, and the water park looks fun but it all closes at 5pm so it's hard to enjoy if you are doing any excursions or tourism. But if you have any issues, booking schedules, dinner reservations or anything else, good luck. Noone knows what's going on, we were bounced around for hours going in circles being told to do one thing tomorrow to fix it, just to me told tomorrow... No that can't be done! However, they have no issues trying to sell you on the idea of spending 10's of thousands of dollars. On their "world class" resort. That in reality is not better than any cruise ship I've been on."

"Love all restaurants, the drinks are really good!! They had clase azul and 1942 for an up charge. Don Julio reposado and way more liquor options included. The arcade is also all inclusive which in many other resorts they are not. Some pools are also heated with is a plus for me. Overall very good resort!"
