"The hotel structure is really good, food is amazing. The staff works really hard trying to be as efficient as they can but they are only humans. The hotel was full and clearly the staff wasn’t enough for the amount of people staying there. The hotel is gigantic and being a line makes it difficult to walk to everything, it’s a long walk even for adults. The beach is terrible, you can’t call that a beach, looks and feels more like a swamp. The kids club is nice and full of activities, as well as...

"Wonderful hotel we stayed one night , the staff was very helpful and the rooms were super quiet . Loved it and would go back . Sometimes the traffic to get to the airport early morning is very hard so staying at the Hilton is what I will do in the future . 💫"

"Very good internet, location, pools, beach, loungers, rooms and beds. This is a time share and there’s a hard push on listening to the time share pitch which we didn’t love. They had bingo at 3:00p at the pool, which was fun and interactive. The rooms were large! We booked the grand suite and there was plenty of room for three people. We each had our own bed and sleeping area. Quiet."
