"Hotel stay was great. Was well run and hotel shuttle was convenient. We did have to wait a bit but appreciated the convenience of it. We stayed for two nights. Pool was nice, breakfast was good. Beds very comfy, room was very nice, hotel was quiet even though on a main highway. Restaurant was pricey but good. Did opt for a delivery pizza second night. Had shops attached to hotel and a convenience store for cheap coronas! Highly recommend. "

"I loved this property, here are my pros and cons. The main con was that I’m use to adults only resorts and this one was filled with families and lots of children. The resort had 2 pools, the main one had most the activities and more lively. That was also because that’s where the kids splash pad was. Unfortunately the main pool was filled with snacks from the children eating. The second pool was called the chill pool and it was quiet with minimal kids (be sure to bring a speaker if you would like some entertainment on that side. The property itself was very clean and well kept!! I would recommend it to my friends with kids and family members. I really enjoyed the added hookah at a premium and Hilton coconuts pool side (paid extra for them). We updated our room to the ocean view king size "

"The room was spacious and very nice. The only but for me: pillows were too hard. The pool seems very nice, we did not use it. The staff were friendly. It was close to the airport which was helpful since we had an early flight. We stayed only for one night. "

"Carlos, our Butler was incredible! He helped us with scheduling dinners, answering questions, giving recommendations, and just checking on us throughout our stay! The people, service, food, and amenities are top notch! Cauiche, our go to for pool drinks, was one of the nicest and hardest working staff member. Go to this resort! You will not go wrong with your decision! Thank you, Silvia, for taking care of our room! By the way, this was our second time back with more to come!"
