"We stayed about a week.
Very secluded away from the noise. Very quiet and relaxing.
Minimal entertainment which is fine for us.
Cancun and Playa del Carmen are fairly close by Uber or Taxi.
Excellent service, personalized. Butlers are excellent.
Pools are beautiful.
Food is ok.
Definitely recommend."

"We enjoyed the warm welcome with Pina colada popsicles and fast check in. Very clean rooms and beach as sea weeds are removed daily by staff. We enjoyed the fun activities arranged by Itzel and Betzie, including Margarita rally, foam party, paddling board, and card games. Excellent food quality. "The hotel is pretty new. Service was outstanding. Nice pool and private beach. Rooms are nice and spacious. My only complaint was toward the bathroom. Window walls give no privacy and at night when my.wife went to the bathroom and turned the light on, it woke me!"
