"The room was not very clean. There was construction going on with updating, but I expected the room to be clean. The floors were paint stained and dusty dirty. The staff were not overly friendly either. The fireplace in the room had a small flame burning when we arrived, with it not being on. The had a propane smell. We had to open the balcony door to get fresh air. Seemed like a leak. Plus it wouldn’t light when we turned it on. It was just a so-so place. Will not be my first choice in the future."

"Start to finish.. walked in, it was a long wait 30 min (2 people in front) all had reservations.. reason for wait Bethany had to tell a life story to each o us, or something about someone who works there. Room was fantastic! Beds a little hard for my taste. Please put hot tea in within rooms! Had to go down to lobby late at night(due to late arrival) to get some tea! Bought stuff for snacks, another Life story from Bethany! About nephew being born, and how her sister n law cervix (nothing a customer should be hearing).. Breakfast was GREAT! went about out day! Close to town! 15.00 parking fee, NOT COOL for PAYING HOGEL GUEST! WE PAY ENOUGH!! HOT TUB!! PLEASE STOP ALLOWING KIDS IN THERE!! 1. Way to HOT FOR THEM! 2. ARULTS ARE TRYING YO RELAX..AGAIN WE PAY TO MUCH!! Night 2.. ANOTHER Life story from Bethany (very very unprofessional) but she was sweet.. Samantha the front desk manager WAS ABSOLUTELY PROFESSIONAL AND WONDERFUL!!!!! 10 out of 10 I would rate an 7( due to praying fees, kids in hot tubs, and Bethanys life story's and talking trash about other employees) "

"The breakfast menu was fresh except a couple items seemed reheated and recycled. Staff was excellent. Complaint about a couple of minor issues with the bathroom which could not be fixed. Other than that, satisfactory stay."

"The pictures on the website do NOT match the actual property. They advertise it as a “resort,” but it is simply an old hotel with a bit of paint inside—nothing close to a resort experience. When we arrived at the published check‑in address "Gatlinburg town square", we were told to go to a completely different hotel down the street. The name ,pictures and address shown online did not match the place we were sent to. It was a totally different property. They sent us to"Gatlinburg town village". Staff was not friendly at all. To use the indoor swimming pool, we had to walk to yet another hotel. The pool area was dirty, the ceiling was literally falling apart over the water, the pool was cold, and the bathroom heater wasn’t working. There were no employees around to ask for help, and we never found the gym or any of the amenities the “resort” claims to offer. Even though the room had a fireplace and decent space, everything was outdated. They added a few new appliances, but it’s clearly not set up for long‑term stays, for sure not a resort experience. I would never return. The property is misleading, poorly maintained, and nothing like what is advertised."
