"There were dead bugs on the bathroom floor, mold in the shower, dirty carpet in the room (didn't look like it had been vacuumed), and a general very poor up-keep of the whole place. The toilet didn't flush well. The breakfast was very poor. The check-in staff was friendly. "

Dry crusted food in the microwave, stained towels that looked used, used bar of soap in the tub, sticky spot on the bathroom floor that had collected dust and dirt, stain on a pillow, didn’t look swept at all and we even came across a small dubia cockroach in the bathroom. When I went to complain, someone was already doing the same and when she walked away the lady at the front desk rolled her eyes right in front of me."

"It was nice. The room was ok and the staff at check-in were fine. The fitness center was very hot and despite asking a few times, no one was able to find the thermostat much less turn down the heat. The front desk staff seemed un-perturbed by the fact that she told me to turn it down, but then couldn’t actually find the thermostat herself to do so. I just pretended I was working out on a hot summer day! :-). I’d stay there again but suggest paying a little attention to small details."
