"The Hotel was absolutely fabulous & certainly lived up to expectations , We had a suite on the 14th floor . The Housekeeping was brilliant & the suite was extremely comfortable . The staff could not have been more professional , helpful & informative . I cannot name them all but Barbara on Reception . Sergio & Zak in the Lex Bar & as we were celebrating a birthday we booked a table in the upstairs area of the Lex Bar & had the most beautiful meal . Nicely cooked & well presented & our server...

"We stayed in one of the suites. It was large, clean and very comfortable. The furniture is a little bit dated but very clean and well maintained. Everything else made up for that small detail. The staff was always friendly and helpful. My only comments are as follows: 1.Please provide better in room coffee pods. That coffee was pretty bad. I would rather not drag myself upstairs to get decent coffee. 2. Sleeping on the sofa bed was not that comfortable and it was hard to pull out. These are...

"No temp control in room. Not the usual amenities of a higher priced hotel. Room had no window to look out of. Depressing and they told me we had been upgraded Over 500.00 a night. Not appropriate pricing Location is excellent but still…"

"Sin ningún tipo de reclamo. Todo estuvo perfecto"

"Our room was clean and comfortable, (beds, linens and towels) but the rug on the floor had a couple of stains. The window curtains need to be replaced. The inside (the side that faces the window) was old so when you brushed up against the curtain you ended up with white powder dust all over your clothes. Of course, you only touched the inside of the curtain when you came in from the outside patio. The colors in the room were nice and bright but didn't go with the rest of the vibe of the...

"The service in the front lobby was excellent when I asked them about parking. The room was spacious and clean. I didn’t expect the noise level from our neighbors to be as loud as it was, so I guess there are some things walls. Perfect location close to everything."

"The staff was super friendly, the room was always clean!"

"Great hotel with nice rooms near Times Square and Bryant Park!"

"Excellent location,"

"Only issue was possibly thin walls, as a seemingly drunk individual was being very loud after midnight outside my room, but my roommates seem to think he was in the hallway and that therefore the walls themselves are not actually thin and problematic."

"Great location. I loved that the hotel is quiet any day of the week and the staff super nice and helpful. Great rooftop bar and decent breakfast. I wish our room was bigger but I loved the Japanese style toilet."
