"Everything was perfect except there were only 4 bath towels and 2 hand towels. There were no hand towels. We booked for 3 guests so we had to wash every night."

"Day front desk gentleman was very helpful to the best of his capacity. Had to change rooms, tub was awful and couldn't shower the whole stay ( 5 days) due to filth. A couple of big functions going on in area so all hotels and such were booked otherwise we would have gone elsewhere. Definitely do not recommend until major improvements are done."

"Housekeeping came in one time and left clean linens but did not clean anything did not take the trash out did not make the bed. Front desk staff likes to have an attitude when they're asked to remake a card after they deactivate it the cards for the rooms. Had multiple paint chips with brown smears on the walls."

"The rooms left a lot to be desired. The beds sank the moment you say on them. The faucet in the bathtub and sink leaked constantly. The curtains were barely hanging on. The door was loose with no safety chain."

"I chose this place so we could do laundry on our road trip. The laundry was easily accessible and easy to operate. The room was clean, bright, had all the amenities we needed and we were in a safe and sound. We stayed for 4 nights and we would stay there again and again in our future visits "

"The staff was very nice. The location was convenient to the airport but not convenient to walk anywhere. You definitely need a car to get to any restaurant or store which is the only downside I saw because not everybody travels and rents a car. The only other problem with the location was the shower bathtub was very slippery. There were no safety strips down and I found getting into the shower could be a hazard. I think they should invest in some safety strips on the base of the tub. There is a...
