"Whenever we stay in London we choose The Lancaster Gate Hotel. The rooms are traditionally decorated and although perhaps not the most modern or contemporary, they are always spotlessly clean. Check in was gast and efficient with friendly staff as always. I couldnt work out how to turm the heating on and asked at the reception - someone came immediaty and showed me how to do it and was so friendly. If I could make any improvement to put stay, a couple.of biscuits on the tea tray would have been...
