"Dear gods! I thought I'd have a tiny, but cute room. Place was bigger than my house! Full kitchen. Raindrop shower. And the ceilings...just exposed beams and gorgeous. Proper ceiling fan, not an occilator on a table (which works fine, but still). It was a very short walk from the Aubusson station and the tapestry museum. "Beautiful setting, pleasant and clean accommodations. Food at breakfast and table d'hote dinner was delicious and fresh, much of it harvested on site. Nearby Aubusson is charming, with small shops and bistros. The proprietors are delightful, warm, and hospitable. They both speak some English and were patient with our limited French. And they went out of their way to be kind and helpful, especially to my wife, who was recovering from an illness while we were there. Highly recommended!"
