Best Western Plus Fernie Mountain Lodge
Property is conveniently located. Large room, clean, well maintained. Complementary Breakfast was very good and staff did an excellent job keeping everything fully stocked. I would stay here again.

Staff needs some training in hospitality management. Didn't seem staff was well trained. Took too long to check in and staff didn't have answers to basic questions.
