Staff was courteous… TV setup was totally confusing. Most channel indications were wrong and some basic channels were either unavailable or impossible to find. Amenities are okay, but the hotel can use a renovation.

Park Place Lodge
Great place to stay for a ski vacation. Had a great breakfast menu for guests prior to a day of skiing and a relaxing hot tub to sooth sore muscles after a hard day of skiing. The pub with reasonably priced beverages was also a win after skiing.

Best Western Plus Fernie Mountain Lodge
Property is conveniently located. Large room, clean, well maintained. Complementary Breakfast was very good and staff did an excellent job keeping everything fully stocked. I would stay here again.

Motel walking distance to stores and restaurants. Friendly staff. My my Pool wasn't open while we were there, despite it still being advertised on the website. Staff needs some training in hospitality management. Didn't seem staff was well trained. Took too long to check in and staff didn't have answers to basic questions.
