"The Hotel was very nice, tucked away just off, of one of the main corsi. An ideal location for all the sightseeing. The staff were very helpful. They arranged pickup from the airport, and as we arrived late Peppo, checked us in and showed us our room. I was okay with the breakfast, but If you want a large brekki maybe go elsewhere for breakfast. I would definitely go back if I get the chance. Fab little Hotel"

"Recomiendo ampliamente este hospedaje en Santa Flavia. El personal muy amable, nos atendieron siempre en todo. El estacionamiento incluido es en la calle enfrente del hotel pero se ve seguro, el desayuno incluido muy bueno y la torre panorámica tiene buena vista, hay varios espacios para tomar el sol y descansar. Las paredes un poco delgadas pero el cuarto y el baño bien, limpio y la presión del agua buena. Hay una cocina compartida que no usamos pero se ve amplia y limpia."

"Boutique hotel located directly on Via Maqueda, one of Palermo’s main pedestrian streets, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The property is small, charming, and well situated for sightseeing. While there is no street parking available, the hotel offers access to a parking garage next door for approximately €25 per night. If you are driving within the city center, be aware that a daily traffic permit may also be required. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with an excellent location."

"Grosse Hotelanlage mit teilweise stillgelegten Gebäuden- Hotel selbst wunderbar, modern und sensationellen Ausblick.Zimmer sind modern, komfortabel und zweckmäßig. Der Privatstrand ist schön* jedoch sehr steinig- ohne Schuhe nicht empfehlenswert. Schön wäre eine Bar am Strand. Das Personal ist insgesamt sehr hilfreich und freundlich. insbesondere und der junge Rezeptionist ist sehr bemüht und sehr zuverkommend und hilfsbereit. "This is a great place to stay. It is very central and close to walk to many of the historic sites, restaurants, and the marina. The staff were great, always helpful with suggestions and help when needed. Right outside the door there’s a great pizza place, and lots of other really nice places near by. Breakfast was really nice, and they have a minibar in their terrace room to have a glass of wine. Only downside is there are no elevators, so be ready to carry your bags up 4 flights of stairs. "The staff were incredibly hospitable and friendly, more so than most! We had a member of our group with a disability and they were very accomodating of her in terms of room placement, bed separation etc. They also arranged a taxi for us to the train station on our final day and provided recommendations for where to eat nearby. Plus, a check out time of 12pm is a real luxury! The rooftop food and bar upstairs were fantastic quality too, we had top quality sushi and cocktails there. And we really...

"we stayed for 3 nights in the upper floor apartment. Tastefully decorated and spacious with a very welcome outdoor patio space. Happy we found this accommodation, felt perfectly quite, restful, and secluded -away from the frenetic pace of the street markets a very short walk from your door. We shall return, just love Palermo. "The hotel is good but has no atmosphere the staff don’t go out of their way to make your holiday enjoyable. It’s just a job to them. I wouldn’t stay there again even though the accommodation was good it was just unwelcoming to us. Breakfast typically Italian nice choice of cold meat and cheese and sweets. There was no directory to contact the front desk or housekeeping when we ran out of toilet paper we tried 0 and 1 no answer definitely the staff need to brighten up and show some enthusiasm."
