"This was my absolute worst hotels.com experience hands down. The room was so dirty that I tried to cancel my reservation, a first ever. And I’ve stayed in some funky places but this takes the cake. "Yea the Westin was wonderful! We really liked the convenience of a restaurant in the hotel! The hospitality of the staff was excellent! We loved how comfortable the beds were too! Very luxurious as the sheets were high quality also! If we could have packed the beds in our suitcases we would have taken them home with us as they were that comfortable!! "Great service from the staff. My family and I thought it was going to be your normal continental breakfast with just cereal and oatmeal.
