"The Hotel was absolutely fabulous & certainly lived up to expectations , We had a suite on the 14th floor . The Housekeeping was brilliant & the suite was extremely comfortable . The staff could not have been more professional , helpful & informative . I cannot name them all but Barbara on Reception . Sergio & Zak in the Lex Bar & as we were celebrating a birthday we booked a table in the upstairs area of the Lex Bar & had the most beautiful meal . Nicely cooked & well presented & our server...

"Cozy hotel in a great location"

"No temp control in room. Not the usual amenities of a higher priced hotel. Room had no window to look out of. Depressing and they told me we had been upgraded Over 500.00 a night. Not appropriate pricing Location is excellent but still…"

"Sin ningún tipo de reclamo. Todo estuvo perfecto"

"Our room was clean and comfortable, (beds, linens and towels) but the rug on the floor had a couple of stains. The window curtains need to be replaced. The inside (the side that faces the window) was old so when you brushed up against the curtain you ended up with white powder dust all over your clothes. "We had a queen bed with terrace, the room was nice but small...had to crabwalk at the end of the bed to not hit the TV on the wall. However, the location is excellent and good value for the rates! The room was quiet and check in and check out were super easy. Great choice if you are looking for a good value within easy walking distance to so many NYC sites."

"Dans l’ensemble, nous avons apprécié notre séjour. L’hôtel est agréable, plutôt propre et bénéficie d’un emplacement central, particulièrement pratique pour visiter New York. "Great staff, quiet rooms. Location was perfect for our visit."

"Great hotel with nice rooms near Times Square and Bryant Park!"

"Great location. I loved that the hotel is quiet any day of the week and the staff super nice and helpful. Great rooftop bar and decent breakfast. I wish our room was bigger but I loved the Japanese style toilet."

"Excellent location,"

"Only issue was possibly thin walls, as a seemingly drunk individual was being very loud after midnight outside my room, but my roommates seem to think he was in the hallway and that therefore the walls themselves are not actually thin and problematic."
