"Amazing, atmospheric place. Beautifully laid out to keep the feel of a fortified manor.
My only disappointment was the bed. My room had two singles pushed together, which is fairly normal in Germany. However these were two narrow wooden beds, with the frames higher than the mattress. Whilst the style was in keeping with the room, the actual sleeping space was limited, and I kept kicking the frame during the night. Mattress was comfortable though."
"This hotel made our time in Germany absolutely amazing. The staff was just so stellar from day 1 to the day 6. We loved the personal touches from everyone. Breakfast every morning was just so nicely done and the atmosphere with the large windows really made getting the day started such a pleasure. Nearby Ansbach has a great little downtown area when you walk across the bridge out of the back entrance from the Bruckencenter (mall). It is just the perfect location to access the bigger cities...
"Quaint hotel centrally located in the heart of the city. Exactly what you are looking for when staying in Rothenburg ob der Tauber. When you step outside the hotel you find yourself surrounded by shops and restaurants and stunning views in ever direction. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel offers parking in the back which is great because there is not a lot of off street parking available in the area. "
"It was pouring rain when we arrived which was a bit challenging due to some street construction nearby. The staff member offered me an umbrella and even stood in a parking spot right out front for us so I didn't have to!
Staff gave us recommendations for dining which we used and enjoyed an incredible meal in a 9th century building.
The rooms were outstanding, and touches like having artifacts under plexiglass in the floor was unique. All around fabulous stay. "

Das Zimmer unterschied sich in einigen Punkten von der Darstellung, dennoch möchten wir besonders das freundliche und entgegenkommende Personal hervorheben. Vor Ort wurde uns sofort und unkompliziert angeboten, kostenfrei zu stornieren, ein Service, den wir sehr zu schätzen wussten. Diese Flexibilität und das lösungsorientierte Handeln des Teams haben einen professionellen Eindruck hinterlassen."
"O Hotel é um encanto. Um casarão antigo que manteve móveis e artigos de decoração da época. Ficamos em um apartamento para família, nele há 2 quartos grandes , claros e bem ventilados. Um com cama de casal, o outro com 2 camas de solteiro. Também um closet e um banheiro enorme, com banheira . Não há elevador, ficamos no terceiro andar, as escadas são bem confortáveis. As roupas de cama são novas. O café da manhã é servido em porções, podendo pedir reposição."
