I hadn't been back to Nova Scotia and my hometown of Dartmouth in 28 years, and to find a nice clean hotel that was in a central location to everything, at an affordable price, was awesome. The staff are super friendly, the hotel is clean with simple but essential conveniences provided... its perfect! Love this hotel!!!!!"

"When you visit Halifax, stay in nearby Dartmouth at Windmill Walk. You will enjoy a quiet neighborhood and a 10-minute walk to the ferry that crosses the harbor to downtown Halifax and the waterfront. Our second floor spacious apartment has large west and north windows. A small private deck is off the bedroom. This 1920s-era building is in great condition. Andy, our host who lives in the building, met us when we arrived and gave us a detailed orientation. He made us feel very welcome."

"This was a fun break from a week of camping, and a welcome change from a hotel. Despite the unintentionally hilarious 'how to' videos for the domes, which you should watch or you won't know how to turn on the shower, the decor was tasteful, and the dome was very comfortable. Had added treat of a clear sky and could lay back and look at the stars. (Be clear that is isn't a place for kids or pets though.) Also, plan at least two nights so you can enjoy the grounds as well. "
