Very run down - reminded me of a nursing home in the hallways. Might be okay in the main building but avoid the garden tower completely. Bathroom shower floor was stained black with dirt. Our stay at the Tropicana was very good. The room we stayed in had 2 queen beds. Not a lot of room aside from the furniture but, it was fine for the amount of time spent in the room.
