Having some gluten-free options that are clearly marked and individually wrapped, give accessibility options. They could be made available upon request if some items require refrigeration or freezing."

"I don’t think our room was properly cleaned (it was not vacuumed- there were sunflower seeds and hair all over the bathroom floor.) The rooms desperately need a dehumidifier- the floors (both tile and carpet) were damp and there is mold/mildew on the ceiling in the bathroom.
