"This property was really nice, and very clean! The staff was friendly, and attentive. The location was central to a ton of things and close to the highways. The pool was wonderful, and the entire place smelled AMAZING! "The most impressive part of my stay, and the reason I will continue to use this as my hotel of choice when I come to Cleveland for work (Cleveland Clinic) is due to Pamela at the front desk. "The room was a bit run-down, and it took them overnight to clean up a mess in front of the elevator. Otherwise they'd of had a perfect score. The breakfast was the best! That alone got them a better score. The room was nice, but our wall had some wear on it, and the shower had some chips in it. So not perfect, but nothing that really affected the comfort. The staff not cleaning the huge, muddy mess infront of the elevator was the biggest complaint. "

Heat and Air are execellent.
