"Room was great! Staff friendly. Bed comfortable. But the walls are paper thin and most rooms have adjoining doors and we could hear every word and move by the people next door. Other than that it was a good stay!"

On checkout day (Sunday morning) the staff called the room at 7:30 Am to wake us up (a noon checkout time) to say there was something wrong with my credit card. After trying to process 2 different cards a manager then came and insisted nothing went through and then I paid cash. "Breakfast at Embassy is always amazing and something to look forward to. The omelette station and workers were particularly great and friendly. The afternoon cocktail reception is also great and the bartender nice. I love that were able to bring our small dog, the location was convenient and parking free. The only area for improvement was the rooms need updating. The sofa bed could use a new firmer mattress. Otherwise all good."

"Thank you to the staff at The Hampton. We were traveling from out of state for a concert. We were greeted at the front desk by a wonderful woman who was so friendly and accommodating. The hotel called me the day of my arrival (6 hours before check in) and told me they’re cancelling my room because they over booked the hotel. The person on the phone was extremely rude and gave nothing but attitude towards me while I was trying to figure out my next move as I was in the middle of my travel to this location.
