"The staff were incredibly friendly during our stay! I don’t think any of the concerns were for the staff! Check in took over 30 minutes and some rooms were not ready and towels were not available to some rooms. Again - the staff were working very hard to fix these issues for guests! The room itself was not the best - the water was only running scolding hot water. The room was clean for all important areas, however, the window was covered in I’m not sure what but it was not condensation. There were lots of ants in our room. In other parts of our room (under the sink) you could see lots of dust. "

"Elevator was out if service. We had an elderly member who had walk up and down 5 flights of stairs. Unacceptable. Hotel had no plan in place to accommodate. "

"Clean room and bathroom, staff were pretty nice and helpful, breakfast was an average hotel breakfast but sauage was good 😋"

"Wouldn’t recommend. There was a very strong smell - the bathroom was very beat up and not enough towels for a comfortable stay. "

"Our room was supposed to be ready at 3, we were unable to get in until 5 due to it not being clean. The bathroom remained dirty and we did not have any blankets in our bed. It was a terrible experience and would never recommend again."

"Breakfast at Embassy is always amazing and something to look forward to. The omelette station and workers were particularly great and friendly. The afternoon cocktail reception is also great and the bartender nice. I love that were able to bring our small dog, the location was convenient and parking free. The only area for improvement was the rooms need updating. The sofa bed could use a new firmer mattress. Otherwise all good."
