"This place is awesome! The hotel is in a very safe location. It looks newer, updated and comfortable. The rooms are very comfortable and luxurious feeling. The bed was extremely comfortable. My only complaint is that I wish the breakfast went later than 9am as we just missed it by the time we made it to the lobby. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Staff were very attentive. We have been staying there for years while in town for equestrian events. Location perfect and very safe, but the hotel needs an overhaul. The chairs in the main lounge are literally peeling away. The pictures in the room were damaged on the frames."

"I booked this hotel for the hot tub and the pool and hot tub area was not open. I went back to the website and there were pics of the pool and I dig around a little and found that they stated the pool area was closed for renovation. This should have been better listed because I would have booked a different hotel."

"Room was clean except for a huge stain on the bedsheet. The sheet was clean, but the stain was disturbing. Staff, especially in the morning were excellent. My husband and I flew in on a Wednesday night, and the shuttle picked the rest of my family up in the morning and brought them to the hotel. I would definitely stay here again if the stained sheet gets addressed."

If you’re booking this place and need reliable internet for work, be prepared to go to a nearby Starbucks. The staff said there was nothing they could do because the Wi-Fi was working on their computer, but it was still unusable for me. "The room was small, but clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful, helping me to figure out the public transportation system to get to a concert on an extremely busy weekend. The breakfast is minimal, but has enough basics to get you through and there's a Bob Evans less than a minute down the road if you want something more. I also appreciated the reasonable rates when several other hotels had significantly raised their rates for the weekend. Would highly recommend this hotel and...
