"Though it was July 4th during checkout young children were milling around awaiting time for leaving for fireworks displays to begin, things quieted down shortly as we had a late 9:00 pm time of arrival for checking in. All was well and quiet shortly thereafter. A very pleasant stay here. Well lit parking area and an area we felt was very safe . "

"The breakfast was a big letdown. Pancake maker was broken, apple juice was watered down. Just oatmeal, bagels, cereal, toast, and hard boiled eggs. No bacon, scrambled eggs, or sausages. Coffee was decent."

Dresser had, middle drawer missing, 2 towels for 3 people, nightstand dirty, 6 days had only Luke warm water (7 & 8 days had hot water for showers). toilet Very slow flushing. Carpet felt dirty needed cleaning. Under bed never been vacuumed dirty ( I always check to see if we dropped anything. Beds not comfortable. My daughter had to buy an air mattress to put on top. Bed pillows felt like Walmart $2 special. Also it was scary after dusk. Found out it was a...

"Good place to stay"

"Had to go ask to get towels, twice. Then when I got them it was only towels no rags. Then I had to go ask for a trash bag so I could take my trash out, this was day 2 of 3. Also they had storms come through and it was over 100° with the heat index, and the power went out. You would think it being a major hotel chain they would have a backup generator. We were on the top floor and the window barely opened. 5 of us including 3 kids. And when the power went out, the staff was nowhere to be found....

"Convenient location for our needs, which were an overnight stay near North Ridgeville with the ability to cook for ourselves. Near the Rocky River Reservation and Great Northern Mall, which was an added bonus. Staff were kind; facilities were dated and not super clean. Just okay."

"The public areas and our room were clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast offerings were varied and easily accessible, and the breakfast area was pleasant with sufficient tables for singles or groups. The staff were kind and helpful."

"This hotel was super clean and all the staff were super helpful. I came out of town and my flight landed at 8:am my check-in was at 3pm and they let me do my check in at 9am. Thank you to everyone on the team you guys were amazing."
