"The hotel was essentially located very easy to access off of the highway close to malls and food shopping. Friendly staff, however we were without hot water for our staff. We were told that the Water would be working and on but the next day, no hot water cold shower it is we didn't come for swimming, but the pool was also down. The room was clean fairly. I'm not too picky but their work a few things forgotten about woke up in the morning with a leaky toilet. We were always staying overnight so...

"Very pleasant overnight stay. "Worst" complaint I could make was that it took a little while for hot water to get from tank to shower...but it did become nice and hot."

"It says absolutely NO smoking and people were getting false charges of $400 for a smoking fee when they were not smoking. For false alarms. This establishment also reeks of smoke all throughout. But supposedly no smoking? The older gentleman at the front desk was so kind and was helpful. Overall it is a nice cheaper stay for a night."

"Though it was July 4th during checkout young children were milling around awaiting time for leaving for fireworks displays to begin, things quieted down shortly as we had a late 9:00 pm time of arrival for checking in. All was well and quiet shortly thereafter. A very pleasant stay here. Well lit parking area and an area we felt was very safe . "

"The rooms was semi clean it had hair on the towel. Rooms are dated. When I went to check in it was a dispute with a customer. I guess it good for a short stay."

"Staff is good. It’s clean. Breakfast was as expected. The back door though it doesn’t lock and there’s homeless people right behind the hotel so that’s kinda scary knowing that door is always unlocked. The rooms honestly don’t seem to of been updated ever. The fridge can’t keep things cold or frozen in the little freezer box and anytime you use the microwave the lights flicker. Only one side of the bed has an outlet so my partner couldn’t charge their devices conveniently. Maybe it’s just an...

"The hotel was decent for what I needed it for."

"We made a 3 day reservation over Fourth of July weekend based primarily on the price - it was at least half of the price of other places. When we got there the reason became obvious. The facility is old and definitely showing its age. The room we were assigned was dingy and drab, the carpet and upholstered chair were badly stained, and it literally had holes in the walls. We couldn’t stay. They were nice enough to refund our money."

"breakfast was rather sparse, not many choices, and the service at the fromnt desk was great when I came, but then my card stopped working, and when I had to go to the desk therewas no one there. They sseem to be understaffed. Twice I waited 15-20 minutes just to get my card to my room re-activated. The room istself was cleand and staff friendly but those wait times..........terrible."

"Had a horrible experience at another hotel, went to this one and had everything we needed, clean, comfortable, and quiet. A little higher priced, but worth it. Helpful staff"

"I asked to speak to the manager. Our room was filthy, old deodorant u see the bed as.well as used tissue. and candies tgat look like they had been there forever. Bed was uncomfortable and drain in tub did not drain… took forever to drain . I have always stayed at Hampton Inn’s and use to brag about how clean they are. I certainly don’t feel that way after our last stay. Our last will probably be our last."
